Miss Julia GrouleffCertified Child Pageant Judge ACPJAUSA, Primarily East Coast
My name is Julia Grouleff and I am 20 years old. I was born and raised in the small town of Lambertville New Jersey where I traveled with my family to compete in glitz and natural pageants until I was 9 years old. I decided to retire pageants, and dedicate my life to competitive dance. I started my training in dance at a young age of 5 training in ballet, jazz, hip hop, modern, pointe, acrobatics and tap. When I was 8 years old I joined a competitive dance company where I traveled around the US and competed for national level titles and scholarships. I spent summers at a very young age training with the Joffrey Ballet and American Ballet Theater in NYC. I also frequently traveled to California where I participated in dance intensives including “Break the Floors, Dancerpalooza”
My dance studio was casted to participate in a featured episode of the hit reality tv show “Dance Moms” in 2012. I started modeling for multiple dance catalogs and magazines around the East Coast. Some spotlights that include “A Wish Come True,” “Kèlle,” “Curtain Call,” and “Dance spirit.”
Up to the age of 18, I continued to dance, model and go to school. When I graduated high school in 2015, I started taking classes at Bucks Community College with a major in child psychology. I take online classes so I am able to commute to and from NYC for dance and Modeling jobs during the week. I take dance classes regularly at Broadway Dance Center in NYC to keep up my training. This year, I have been a judge for the Tri-State Cinderella Beauty Pageants. I have judged pageants on the east coast so far. Also, I made it to the final audition round for the Philadelphia Eagles Cheer team and the NY Jets Flight Crew Cheerleaders in 2017.
