Ms. Antia “Tia” Harris-Dai of Oak Park, Michigan. over 29 years in pageantry, 20 years teaching and 29 years performing experience in Dance, Vocal, Modeling, Pageantry and Acting. Worked with top names in industry, Dance Theatre of Harlem residency program for 3 years, world travels; 2001, she founded the Bennett College Dance Troupe which offers a promising Performing Arts degree program. In 2008, Ms. Harris-Dai founded the Association of Minorities in Dance Education, an organization that highlights the achievements of minority teachers, choreographers, studio owners, directors and performers in the dance community. Ms. Harris-Dai’s current judging experience includes: Energy National Dance Competition, Driven Dance Pit National Dance Competition, Mr. /Miss American Coed Pageant, SWAK Pageant System’s Lead Judge and Tabulator, Hal Jackson’s Talented Teen Michigan State Finals, Sunshine International Pageant System, Celebrity USA Pageant System (Adjudicator & Tabulator), Little Miss Michigan Pageant, BOZ Pageant Systems, Amazing Beauties & Cuties Pageant & Talent System, Pure International Pageants (Lead Adjudicator, Auditor & Judge Coordinator), Sunburst Model Search Pageant and NES Pageant Systems just to name a few.
